The Killing airs Sundays at 9pm ET on AMC, available through Comcast Cable!

Back at Beacon House, Linden and Holder brace Pastor Mike, who seems creepier than usual, which is saying something. He does nothing to mitigate this by producing many pictures of teen girls who’ve been through the House and voices the opinion that they’re ‘the throwaways of the world’, leading Holder to put Pastor Mike directly at the top of their suspect list. Linden isn’t so sure and suggests they sleep on it, which leads to a confrontation at her place with Cody, who also seems creepier than usual. Holder declines to rest and heads out to play the dozens with Bullet, who doesn’t believe Pastor Mike is the killer.

On Death Row, Seward taunts Becker about his home troubles; Becker admits to Henderson that he left early the night of Hill’s death to find his wife (in a bar with another man) and that everyone, even the inmates, know about it. Danette also goes to visit Pastor Mike, who assures her Kallie is still alive. Someone disagrees with this, as Danette finds a note on her car: ‘He’s Lying’. The detectives follow this note to a pizzeria where they talk to Rayna, who tells them about Pastor Mike and his blood covered shirt and suspicious behavior the night Angie was attacked. Bullet tries to find a bed for herself and for Lyric, and accidentally clues Pastor Mike into the cop’s suspicions. In prison the preparations for Seward’s execution proceed apace as they weigh Seward for the gallow’s counterweight, and Becker’s return-fire over Seward’s earlier taunts hit home; Seward breaks and trashes his cell.

A background check on Pastor Mike is authorized but not a search warrant. The check returns the news that Pastor Mike is using a fake ID, so the detectives interrogate him once again, this time at his home. They leave to use his tattoos as an identification method, without realizing that the bed Bullet found for herself and Lyric is in Pastor Mike’s home. The search reveals Pastor Mike is actually Mark Elwood, who was charged with kidnapping a 16 year old girl in Arizona, but that charges were dropped when the girl OD’d. Armed with enough evidence for a search warrant, the cops go back to Pastor Mike’s (Mark?) house where they find no one, no weapons, trophies or evidence that he is the killer. Skinner tells Linden there’s no connection between Trisha Seward and the other victims; Linden maintains Seward’s innocence and it seems like he is coming around, when they are informed that Pastor Mike’s car has been found at a train station, with blood in the back seat. Linden gets in her car and in her backseat is Pastor Mike, who holds a knife to her throat and orders her to drive.
