So many great TV shows to watch and so little time. The action is really heating up on some of television’s most popular drama. Let’s take a peek at the shows that you should not miss for this coming week.
Dexter July 28 at 9:00 PM on Showtime
The eighth and final season of “Dexter” just keeps getting more interesting. When last we saw our favorite forensic blood spatter analyst/serial killer, he was being rescued by his sister Deb after she forced him to drive off a bridge and into a river. It turns out that her love for her brother was stronger than she thought it was. This week, “The Brain Surgeon” serial killer that has been leaving a trail of corpses all over Miami finally makes contact with Dr. Vogel, while Deb and Dexter try to protect her. We also learn more about Masuka’s daughter, who was revealed last week.
Falling Skies July 28 at 9:00 PM on TNT
The third season of TNT’s smash hit alien invasion drama has seen the humans team up with a race of aliens called the Volm. Their technology and weaponry has been an asset in helping the humans fight off the evil Espheni. However, unanswered questions still remain about the mysterious device that the Volm are building. This week, on his way back to Charleston, Tom makes a few very important discoveries. Not surprisingly, Pope and Weaver disagree about how to handle the mole that has been wreaking havoc in the rebel camp.
Teen Wolf July 29 at 10:00 PM on MTV
Last week’s episode was chock full of key information about the girl that Derek loved and lost. We also found out that it was possible for Scott to become an Alpha, and that his life may be in jeopardy. This week, Allison has the feeling that the killer is someone she knows. Lydia gets asked by Scott and Stiles to help solve the string of murders.
True Blood July 28 at 9:00 PM on HBO
The cliffhanger of last week’s episode was certainly a surprise. Seeing Sookie and Warlow getting up close and personal left many fans of the series scratching their heads. This week, Eric tries to save Nora by swearing his allegiance to Bill. Sarah also promises to get revenge on Jason. We will see if she keeps her word.
